Offering of access to the Atlantic Flight Training are rigorous limited to those candidates who have well completed our Flight Crew Selection Aptitude Assessment Day.
Assessments can be undertaken at either our Academy in Coventry or at one of the mobile assessment venues in the UK. During this assessment, Atlantic Flight Training measures candidates for Aptitude, Motivation and Attitude (AMA) following an assessment model that has been written and approved by both civil and military aviation organisations.
The day starts with a Multi Crew exercise that is designed to show your interaction with your fellow crew members. This is followed by an informative presentation giving you an insight in to the aviation industry and a detailed breakdown of what Atlantic Flight Training can offer you.
Next you will complete a selection of tests and examinations including a written Aviation Knowledge exam, a written Maths/Physics exam and a 2 hour computer based skills test which tests your memory, mental capacity, hand/eye co-ordination and mental agility.
The day ends with an informal interview and de-brief during which time your asessment results will be discussed in detail and the "next steps" given to you.
